* Check on any previous accidents/incidents in order to identify trends;
* Review training records;
* Complete the incident accident illness report form and prepare a written report;
* When the report is complete take sufficient copies and circulate to the appropriate persons;
* Review risk assessments, safe systems of work, training etc to prevent a re-occurrence;
